Shipping policy

ORDER PREPARATION TIMES

The items already available are shipped in 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday) from the date of accounting of the order on our accounts (PayPal or credit card immediate accounting, for the bank transfer could also take 3 working days depending on the credit institutions).

 

At the time of shipment of your order you will receive an email with all the information and the tracking number to follow your package.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are charged to the customer and the amount varies depending on the amount of the order and shipping zones (all shipping costs are VAT included)

IN ITALY

The shipping costs are completely free of charge when the amount (for the products purchased) of 130 € for the entire Italian territory is exceeded.

Under 130 euros the shipping costs have an amount of 10.00 euros.

IN EUROPE

Deliveries throughout Europe have an amount of 15.00 euros

United Kingdom

Deliveries to the UK amount to €25.00

UNITED STATES&CANADA

Shipping costs to the United States and Canada amount to 30.00 euros

ASIA (Japan, Hong Kong & South Korea)

Shipping costs in Asia amount to 50.00 euros

Australia

Shipping costs in Australia amount to 50.00 euros

REST OF THE WORLD

In case the order is delivered outside the above areas, the Customer is invited to write to amicieco.boutique@gmail.com to know the exact amount of shipping costs and arrange the shipment.

 

Shipment Tracking

When the order is shipped, Customers receive an e-mail from A.Mici&Co with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.

 

Upon arrival of the goods, Customers are kindly requested to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. If for any reason the package appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, the Customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or refuse the delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact A.Mici&Co Boutique at amicieco.boutique@gmail.com.

 

All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with A.Mici&Co and therefore undertake to accept the delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect phone number, etc..), or if the customer refuses delivery, the shipping costs and any customs fees will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.

 

We would like to remind new customers that A.Mici&Co can ask the Bank or Paypal to verify the transaction, also by contacting the counterpart bank. This verification may cause some delay in the shipment of the order. A.Mici&Co is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or force majeure beyond our control.
