In dogs, Seresto protects against the risk of transmission of leishmaniasis, which occurs through sand flies (or parasites) and, thanks to the repellent (anti-feeding) effect against ticks, indirectly reduces the risk of transmission of canine ehrlichiosis and canine babesiosis for up to 7-8 months.

The Seresto flea and tick collar is odorless and water resistant. Especially with the arrival of the hot season, it is the necessary and optimal solution to treat and prevent parasite infestations.

Recommendations for use
🐾We recommend that you take the collar out of the box and leave it in the air for a few hours before putting it on your dog. 
🐾We recommend starting treatment before flea and tick season arrives (starting in March). The collar begins to prevent parasite attacks 48 hours after application. Ticks already on the dog before treatment may not be killed within 48 hours of collar application.

🐾We therefore recommend that you remove any ticks already on the dog at the time of application.

It is not recommended to use the treatment on puppies under 7 weeks of age.

Do not use in animals with a known hypersensitivity to the active ingredients or any of its excipients.
